Q. Will I need to buy any books or materials?

A. No, our courses are a mixture of CD-Rom and Internet based. This means you can access your learning at any computer that has these facilities.

Q. How will I get help if I need it?

A. Getting help and support with your learning couldn't be easier. When you enrol you will be given the contact details of your own e-tutor. You can email your e-tutor at any time and they will respond to your email within 48 working hours.

Q. Will I have to pay for my learning?

A. Course fees vary, full details are available on the courses section of our website. Some of our Skills for Life courses are funded, complete the enquiry form to receive further information.

Q. Do I have to learn at specific times?

A.Learning with learndirect offers you the flexibility to learn when YOU want. When you complete your Individual Learning Plan we will ask you how many hours a week you can commit to your learning and you will be required to access your course weekly.
